I called and talked to Barry about getting some work done around the house and yard. We talked about several projects that needed a handyman such as trim paint, hanging a screen door and laying cement pavers for a path. Barry promised to come around and take a look at the scope of work and give us a quote in the next week. That has been a month now and no one has called or come around. If this is any example of their integrity I’m glad they didn’t start any work for us.
I do apologize for not getting back to you .For the past few weeks I have been extremely busy as my helper got hurt and I have been working alone.
And unfortunately this led to you and possibly some others slipping through the cracks. This does happen from time to time and again I apologize.
A friendly reminder call may also have helped. I have recently started asking people that if they don’t hear back from me within a certain time frame to please call me back and remind me. I have found that most if not all people understand this and appreciate being told up front that sometimes I need a reminder due to my hectic schedule.

I just want to give a HUGE HUGE HUGE thank you to Barry Pearson from Get er Done contracting for taking the time out of their day and driving from St Thomas to cut my grass in the back yard. Words can not describe how thankful I am for you!!!!!!
2 weed trimmers and a lawnmower, on top of that, giving us a lawnmower that works for FREE! You guys went above and beyond for me and my family and I just want to thank you tremendously for your kind heart and hard work!!!!!!

I originally was given the quote by him alone , but he & his friend both showed up together to do the work. They came early & worked together non stop all day. They stopped for lunch but other than that, they both worked non stop. They were very particular to take care to tidy up any mess they made as they were working & they even offered to clean up & take away branches I had cut the day before & they also removed trellising I had taken down that I didn’t want. The quality of the work they did was very outstanding. I’d definitely hire them again & recommend them.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Barry came to my house and offered his lawn rolling service to me. He did do a great job and you could see by watching him, he was extremely knowledgeable in what he was doing. Need your lawn rolled give Barry a call! Thanks again Barry. See you in the spring.

Barry did our lawnrolling last year when I found his number on the St. Thomas swap site on Facebook and I had forgotten to get his number. Lucky enough, he graciously stopped by this year to see if we needed his services again and I was so happy to see him as I have been asking around for his number for weeks now. He gave me a fridge magnet with his info on and I won’t have that problem next year. His fees are extremely reasonable also. Thank You Barry

I had Barry completely go over my yard… trimming bushes… removing dead trees and trimming overgrown ones… redo my interlock patio and flagstone walkway… “no more weeds” Barry is an honest hard working man and being as I am not home that often I felt comfortable leaving him to do what he knows best… My yard looks fantastic and he has taken what was once a huge stress trying to find someone to do work around the house that I cannot manage on my own at a reasonable cost… I will be using him for my snow removal this year and already have future projects in mind … Thanks Barry you have given me piece of mind…

I called Barry to help with an issue I had with my house foundation, where the concrete had started to crack and break off on the corner.
He gave me a very reasonable estimate and completed the work above my expectations.
He left the area clean and took the time to replace some drain pieces that had to be changed because of the work he did.
